Commercial real estate entities require messaging tools that leverage the power of a national organization while giving independent local teams the flexibility to promote unique offerings in various markets. This long-time client (formerly Equis), always committed to good design, turned to us during a transitional period between corporate mergers. We worked closely with the UGL marketing team to develop an interim brand look that adapted the parent company’s standards for color, form and style of photography resulting in a distinctive, easy-to-execute set of templates and collateral documents. Flat color and crisp typography come together with graphic details and an archive of modified greyscale imagery to create a unique style with a positive message.
